The Cape Cod Central Railroad is bringing you this one-of-a-kind event. Each 6-ounce beer serving will be expertly paired with an appetizer created especially for this event by the railroad’s chef. Food pairings will emphasize local ingredients to match the local beers. Brewers will be on board to educate passengers about their beers and answer questions.
View salt marshes and beautiful scenery which can only be seen from the rails while enjoying local brews.

Note: Please plan to arrive 45-minutes prior to departure to allow time to park and pick up your tickets. We begin boarding 30-minutes prior to departure and cannot hold the train for late passengers. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!
Seating in both classes is at tables of four. If you have more than four in your party, you will be seated across the aisle or adjacent from each other. First Class seats are located in vintage 1937 dining cars which have recently been beautifully remodeled, or in the lower level of dome cars in booth seats. Premium class seats are in the upper level of a full-length dome car with panoramic windows. These plush booth style seats are elevated.
Price includes three-hour train ride, informational “sessions” with brewers before each beer is served, souvenir keepsake tasting glass, five 6-ounce tastings of locally brewed beer, and five delicious appetizers paired with the brews.

Buzzards Bay Brewing – “Flounder ™” – Our classic unfiltered golden ale. Brewed with a blend of local barley with white wheat malts. Refreshingly hopped with citrusy cascade. Hop aromas of pithy white grapefruit, white flower and gentle spice. Malt adds fresh-kneaded bread dough character.
Overall: Crisp, refreshing, pleasing dryness on the finish. 4.2% ABV
Pairing: Crudité – Assorted cheese and crackers with a cream cheese spread and mixed fruit
Harper Lane Brewery – “Knuckle Buster IPA” – This is our session IPA. Old style IPA! Bitter and Piney. Super Crushable! We have all done it. Smashed your hand while trying to fix something! Hence the name “Knuckle Buster”. 5.1% ABV
Pairing: Lobster Corn Chowder – Homemade corn chowder accompanied with rich buttery lobster and roasted corn
Lucky Goat – “Starter Saison” – Farmhouse Ale -Light and refreshing ale with fruity and spicy notes. You can buy it in cans or on tap at the brewery. 6% ABV
Pairing: Pan Seared Scallop – Pan seared local scallops over a creamy roasted corn risotto
Harper Lane Brewery – “Betty”- Betty is brewed with ginger, lemon and local honey. If you’re a fan of ginger it’s a must try! 6.1% ABV
Pairing: Honey Barbecue Glazed Chicken Wings – Jumbo roasted chicken wings tossed in a sweet honey barbecue glaze
Lucky Goat – “Sunset Stroll” – Helles Lager – Clean and Crisp, this lager tastes like the moment when you step out of work after a long day and breathe in that clean evening air. 5.5% ABV
Pairing: German Bratwurst – Braised German bratwurst over creamy polenta and topped with pickled red cabbage
Buzzards Bay Brewery – “Olde Buzzard Pale Ale”™ – Our original recipe from the very first batch of Buzzards Bay Brewing in the summer of 1998! A blend of malts that creates the perfect foil for these British grown hops, East Kent Goldings. See, back in 1998, nobody grew hops or malts in New England. Now? We can brew all our beers with locally sourced ingredients, and we do, with this exception. 5.6% ABV
