ENJOY LUNCH ON A TRAIN ON THE CAPE COD CENTRAL RAILROAD
Relish in the midday escape of a relaxing train ride while conversing over a cup of coffee and giving lunch its proper respect. Everyone in your party is sure to enjoy participating in this delightful journey that pairs an expertly prepared luncheon meal and exceptional service with views of the coastal landscape, salt marshes, and woodlands. Light narration is provided on board regarding the points of interest that you will pass along the route. Take a midday break and enjoy an all-weather activity perfect for all ages – let’s do lunch!
Our Executive Chef has planned a delectable three-course menu with savory lunch fare. Our menu options change from late spring to summer to fall, please see full menu details below.
Note: Please plan to arrive 45-minutes prior to departure to allow time to park and pick up your tickets. We begin boarding 30-minutes prior to departure and cannot hold the train for late passengers. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!
Advance reservations are required. A three-course meal and 2.5-hour train ride are included in the fare. Massachusetts Meal Tax is also included. Gratuity is NOT included.
A full bar is available, and all beverages are sold separately.
Please note: The train departs in all weather.
*For parties of eight or more, an automatic 18% gratuity will be added to your bill to ensure that our hardworking server who waits on the group will be properly compensated (even if the customers decide to split the bill or want separate checks).
Requests to sit with other parties cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to honor when possible. To ensure that you are all sitting together, you’ll need to add all guests to ONE reservation. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!

Seating in both classes is at tables of four. If you have more than four in your party, you will be seated across the aisle or adjacent from each other. First Class seats are located in vintage 1937 dining cars which have recently been beautifully remodeled, or in the lower level of dome cars in booth seats. Premium Class seats are in the upper level of a full-length dome car with panoramic windows. These plush booth style seats are elevated.
