The holder of this reservation agrees to release and discharge Cape Cod Central Railroad (CCCRR) and its subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, members, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, insurers, successors, assignees, parents (collectively the “Cape Cod Central Railroad Releasees”), jointly and severally, from any and all claims for any liability, injury, loss, or damage, including monetary, compensatory or consequential damages, punitive damages, emotional distress, pain and suffering, lost profits, attorneys’ fees and costs, which may be sustained by the holder of this ticket in connection with or in any way relating to this trip, due to any cause or reason whatsoever including, without limitation, the reckless, willful, or negligent actions or omissions of CCCRR and/or the Cape Cod Central Railroad Releasees.

Entry onto the premises and/or train constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Your entry also constitutes consent to use your likeness and/or voice for any and all promotional purposes, known or unknown, without any claim(s) for payment, compensation, and/or royalties related to the use of this photography, film and/or other recording by CCCRR, its affiliates, or representatives.
