Join us for an historic ride on the Cape Cod Central's inaugural passenger run on the newly refurbished Falmouth line!

Ride the Rails on Saturday, November 21, 2009 on this end-of-season opportunity.

Climb aboard at either West Barnstable or Buzzards Bay station, and continue along the 18 mile route to Middleboro/Lakeville station. Heading southward, cross over the Cape Cod Canal then enjoy spectacular panoramic views as we meander along the rails on the upgraded Falmouth line. Narrated highlights will be provided by Conductor Fred Pegnato throughout the ride on the first passenger run in over 12 years. Returning northward, those wishing to depart at Buzzards Bay may do so, or continue on to Middleboro station before returning home to Cape Cod. Bring your own lunch; a snack bar will be available for purchasing beer, wine and assorted track snacks. Dress warmly as the cars are unheated.
