Kitchen/Generator Car

The heart of the Elegant Dinner Train, Gourmet Luncheon Train, Sunday Brunch Train, and Family Supper Train - this is "where it all happens". A complete restaurant-class kitchen on wheels, this car also houses the generator that provides electricity to the train for lighting and air conditioning.
